General Requirements for Daycare at Shaggy Shack Pet Resort

At Shaggy Shack Pet Resort, we prioritize the safety and happiness of your furry companions during their stay with us. To ensure the best possible experience for your pets, we have established some basic requirements for daycare.

1. Quick Release Clip Collars

All dogs visiting our facility for daycare must come equipped with quick release clip collars. These collars ensure easy removal in case of emergencies and contribute to the overall safety of your pet during their time with us.

2. Current Vaccinations

The health and well-being of all pets in our care are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we require all daycare attendees to be up to date on the following vaccinations:

  • Distemper/parvo combo
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella

Additionally, we ask for a fecal exam by your veterinarian every six months to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.

Attention Customers: New Policies Effective Immediately

To further enhance the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we have implemented new policies for certain categories of daycare dogs:

  • Not Fixed: Unaltered dogs will now incur an additional charge of $5 per day.
  • Not Dog Friendly: Dogs exhibiting aggression or behavioral issues toward other dogs may be subject to additional fees.
  • Escape Artists: Dogs known for escaping enclosures will be charged an extra $5 per day to ensure their security.

These policies are effective immediately to ensure a positive and secure environment for all pets at Shaggy Shack Pet Resort.
